Grape variety: Sauvignon Blanc

Vol. 13%

Vinification : The selected grapes undergo a short maceration, followed by a light pressing and a fermentation at low temperature (14°C) in stainless steel tanks.

Jacaranda represents a sublime union between the art of viticulture and the prosperity of the Sicilian land. The company dedicates its attention to the finest grape varieties, both Italian and international, using cutting-edge methods. Jacaranda is made from Sauvignon Blanc grapes flavored by the sea breeze.

After careful harvesting, the grapes are taken to the cellar, where they undergo a delicate process of cold maceration in the press and meticulously controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for three months before being bottled. The final result is a fresh white wine with a persistent aroma, ready to delight the senses instantly. Its straw-yellow hue, enhanced by greenish highlights, is a visual ode to its unparalleled freshness.

The Jacaranda fragrance is an elegant and intense symphony of vegetal notes, with hints of cut grass, tomato leaf, green apple, peach, and grapefruit. This sensorial composition offers an enveloping tasting experience, inviting us to immerse ourselves in a world of refinement.
