Produced in western Sicily, on its own estates in Casale a Buseto Palizzolo, the cradle of peasant wisdom of Monte San Giuliano (Erice).
Production technique
Hand-picked into crates with careful selection of the grapes. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are further selected before being soft-pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at approximately 14-16°C, and the wine ages on the fine lees for approximately four months before bottling.

It pairs well with appetizers, grilled or fried shellfish, white meats and Asian cuisine
