Vinification: Long maceration of the skins for 25 to 30 days

Aging: Aged for 4 months in French and Slavonian oak tonneaux (20% first-passage and 80% second-passage) and for a further 4 months in the bottle

Palate: Fruity notes of strawberries, cherries and raspberries blend with subtle spicy hints and a slightly herbaceous character
