Aroma: fresh fruit, wildflowers, cut grass and chamomile

Taste: great finesse, harmony and long persistence

Food pairings: Pasta with sea urchins, raw fish, grilled swordfish, and soft cheeses. Optimal serving temperature: approximately 8-10°C.

Tasting glass: medium for white wine
