Vinification : in steel vats at controlled temperatures

Aging : at least 5 months sur lies and then in steel tanks; then 6-18 months in bottle.

View : Straw yellow tending towards green

Smell : yellow flowers such as mimosa and broom; daisy, saffron; peach and apricot; talc and, at the end, sulphurous hints

Taste : important acidity; marked minerality
