Territory: altitude 350 m above sea level, predominantly hilly orography with silico-calcareous soil
Vineyard: espalier training system with Guyot pruning; plant density 3,500 plants per hectare with an average yield of 8,000 kg per hectare
Vinification: soft pressing, static sedimentation in steel and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16C for 20 days, refinement in steel on the noble lees and fermentation yeasts for 5 months
Color: straw yellow
Aroma: intense and persistent, decidedly aromatic with hints of citrus, lavender and Mediterranean spices
Taste: fresh, aromatic, balanced, with excellent flavour
Longevity: long-lived and territorial wine
