Agriculture: Natural, in organic conversion

Vinification: Manual selection of the bunches, destemming followed by 12 days of maceration on the skins; after racking, malolactic fermentation in steel tanks.

Aging: Steel for 6 months and in bottle for at least 6 months

Aromas: Intense and bright cherry red. Hints of small red fruits, morello cherry and plum.
